Her experience includes budgeting, forecasting, performance analytics, KPI development, and financial integration. Meredith currently serves at Maximus Partners, where she works with private equity investors and executive teams. Her role draws on fifteen years of investment banking experience and ten years as a chief financial officer. She supports growth-oriented companies by helping improve financial operations, build stronger processes, and prepare for future scale. Her professional work has focused mainly on education, services, technology, and investment banking.
Meredith began her career in 1993 at CMS Companies in Philadelphia, where she worked as an Analyst and later became a Senior Analyst. In 2000, she joined Stifel Financial Corporation and advanced through several roles within the Education Group. Her positions included Associate, Vice President, Principal, and Managing Director. Her work there focused on investment banking transactions for education operating companies and education technology service businesses.
Meredith later joined Noodle Partners PBC in New York as Corporate Development Advisor and Chief Financial Officer. She supported capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, and strategic planning. During her time there, she helped guide the company through a shift from managing third-party vendors to offering broader services to universities. The company grew revenue from $1 million to more than $90 million, completed four acquisitions, and raised $120 million through debt and equity financing.
Meredith also served as Chief Financial Officer at Noodle Companies LLC from 2017 to 2019. She helped rebuild accounting systems, improve financial processes, and create cash forecasting, budgeting, and reporting tools. Her work supported several independent businesses, including Noodle Markets, Noodle Partners, Noodle.com, and Noodle Pros. She also managed back office functions across finance, accounting, legal, human resources, and IT.
Meredith previously served as Chief Financial Officer for ID Tech Camps in Campbell, California. She helped improve planning tools, manage expenses, and strengthen the customer service division through real-time data and performance targets. During her tenure, the company increased revenue from $25 million to $65 million in three years. Her work also contributed to the company’s later sale to Emeritus for $200 million.
Meredith Ruble grew up in central Pennsylvania and developed independence at a young age. She lived abroad for more than a year as an exchange student at age 15 and later attended boarding school at Mercersburg. She studied at the University of Pennsylvania, where she majored in economics and minored in Japanese studies. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, cooking, home design, and gardening.
